At The Vanilla Pod Restaurant, which sits at the beginning of the Naramata Bench, our cuisine style is focused on local and seasonal ingredients with an underlying emphasis on flavour. Key ingredients include fresh herbs which are picked from our expanded herb garden.
Tapas style dishes of international and Mediterranean flavours combined with fresh Okanagan ingredients make for a delightful exploration of contemporary cuisine. Visual presentation is as important as innovation in flavour, with judicious use of spices and other seasonings being central to the dishes created by Executive Chef Bruno Terroso.
Our wine menu features the sophisticated tastes of the Poplar Grove Winery and Monster Vineyards which are perfectly paired with Vanilla Pod fare, together with select wines from some of our favourite winemaker.
For special events we offer a multi course tasting menu which showcases the creativity of Chef Bruno and offers a unique experience for our diners. If guests take advantage of Paul Jones’ expertise, adding the wine paired option takes your meal to the next level.
